What is SMUTi?

SMUTi is an Indonesian instant frozen smoothie pack — real fruit and vegetables, pre-portioned into single servings, vacuum-sealed and frozen so they only need to be blended. Built for B2B use: cafes, hotels, restaurants, bakeries, distributors and private label brands. Each pack keeps up to 6 months in the freezer with no artificial preservatives and no added sugar.

Why we chose vacuum freezing

Fruit is living tissue. After harvest it keeps respiring, losing water and declining in quality day by day. In a cafe kitchen that decline becomes two problems at once: flavour that shifts between shifts, and stock thrown away before it sells.

SMUTi breaks that cycle by processing fruit and vegetables close to harvest, portioning them, removing the air from the pack and freezing. The result is a pack that tastes the same in month one and month six.
